Dynamic physical activity recommendation on personalised mobile health information service: A deep reinforcement learning approach

Mobile health (mHealth) information service makes healthcare management easier for users, who want to increase physical activity and improve health. However, the differences in activity preference among the individual, adherence problems, and uncertainty of future health outcomes may reduce the effect of the mHealth information service. The current health service system usually provides recommendations based on fixed exercise plans that do not satisfy the user specific needs. This paper seeks an efficient way to make physical activity recommendation decisions on physical activity promotion in personalised mHealth information service by establishing data-driven model. In this study, we propose a real-time interaction model to select the optimal exercise plan for the individual considering the time-varying characteristics in maximising the long-term health utility of the user. We construct a framework for mHealth information service system comprising a personalised AI module, which is based on the scientific knowledge about physical activity to evaluate the individual exercise performance, which may increase the awareness of the mHealth artificial intelligence system. The proposed deep reinforcement learning (DRL) methodology combining two classes of approaches to improve the learning capability for the mHealth information service system. A deep learning method is introduced to construct the hybrid neural network combing long-short term memory (LSTM) network and deep neural network (DNN) techniques to infer the individual exercise behavior from the time series data. A reinforcement learning method is applied based on the asynchronous advantage actor-critic algorithm to find the optimal policy through exploration and exploitation

In the title compound, [RuCl2(C16H32P2)2], the RuII ion is situated on a twofold rotation axis, so the asymmetric unit contains one half-molecule. The slightly distorted octahedral environment of the Ru center is formed by four P atoms [Ru—P = 2.4417 (6) and 2.4544 (6) Å] from two different (1S,1S′,2R,2R′)-TangPhos ligands [(1S,1S′,2R,2R′)-TangPhos = (1S,1S′,2R,2R′)-(+)-1,1′-di-tert-butyl-2,2′-diphospholane] and two Cl atoms [Ru—Cl = 2.4267 (5) Å]

In this work, UV-Vis spectra, FT-IR spectra, colour difference, yellowness index, and SEM micrographs were used to study the accelerated ageing behaviour of polyurethane films that exposed to UV radiation, O3 atmosphere, and UV/O3 integrated environment. During 200 hours of exposure in three different environment, the UV absorbance, the colour difference, the yellowness, and the absorption of –NH/–OH and –C=O bands in FT-IR spectra of the films increase gradually with increasing exposure time, respectively, and the films exposed to the three environments have different colour difference, yellowness index, UV-Vis spectra, and FT-IR spectra. The films are vulnerable to degradation and yellowing in the following environment order: O3 < UV < UV/O3. After exposure to UV radiation or O3 atmosphere, some degradation products and blisters are formed on the film surface. After exposure to UV/O3 integrated environment, there are strip blisters and micro-cracks on the film surface, and exists an obvious synergism between UV radiation and O3 atmosphere in accelerating the ageing of the polyurethane films

The title molecule, C17H18N4S, is not planar, as indicated by the dihedral angle of 27.24 (9)° between the two benzene rings. In the crystal, intermolecular N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds link pairs of molecules into inversion dimers

Abstract

Background

Schwann cells (SCs) are the principal glial cells of the peripheral nervous system with a wide range of biological functions. SCs play a key role in peripheral nerve regeneration and are involved in several hereditary peripheral neuropathies. The objective of this study was to gain new insight into the whole protein composition of SCs.

Results

Two-dimensional liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (2D LC-MS/MS) was performed to identify the protein expressions in primary cultured SCs of rats. We identified a total of 1,232 proteins, which were categorized into 20 functional classes. We also used quantitative real time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis to validate some of proteomics-identified proteins.

Conclusion

We showed for the first time the proteome map of SCs. Our data could serve as a reference library to provide basic information for understanding SC biology.</p
